TASKE Agent Desktop : TASKE Agent Desktop
(TASKE)

With the Agent Desktop, agents can view and react to current contact center conditions in situations where wall-mounted reader boards are impractical.

Agent Desktop displays user-specified, real-time contact center data on an agent's computer monitor. Agent Desktop includes Chat, an on-screen dialog utility for one-to-one communications within the contact center.

Agents can request information or seek help from other agents or managers while maintaining a conversation with a caller.
