This includes real-time monitoring, historical reporting in intervals as low as 15 minutes, traffic analysis and administrative tools. Managers can replay contact center events exactly as they happened at variable speed.

The ACD ToolBox Export feature allows users to save report data in spreadsheet, database or text formats, as well as HTML for remote viewing from Intranet or Internet. In addition, managers can send broadcast messages to all on-site agents at once with the innovative TASKE Chat feature. With the Enterprise Supervisor add-on module, you can broadcast messages to remote agents as well.
